About the event
Melissa of Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you to a deeply restorative soundbath.
Take some time for yourself on this Sunday to unwind, disconnect from daily life, and indulge in the relaxation and rejuvenation you deserve, through the power of sound.
Allow the sounds & vibrations of the singing bowls, gong, shruti box, chimes and more help support your mental health and overall well-being.
At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.
We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation followed by the soundbath.
All helping you to switch off a busy mind, bringing ease and peace to your body.

Soothing Sunday S/B 27th April
Doors open 2:15pm for the soundbath to start on time at 2:30pm. Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Please bring 1 thick yoga mat or more, 1 pillow & a bolster to go under your knees, plus 2 blankets. And a bottle of water!
